No designer can log more than this many hours in a day, even across several cards at once. Prevents double-counting when multiple cards sit in "Doing" together. Takes effect on the next sync — re-run the sync to recompute past hours.
Projects whose Trello hours exceed this get a ⚠️ in their detail, so you can review and override if a card lingered in "Doing".
Only checked people count as designers (hours, jobs, comparison). Uncheck yourself or anyone whose hours shouldn't count.
